how to ​JOIN & associated costs

2023 season begins january 25th!​

​Joining:
New skaters are welcome to join IJRD during our open enrollment period for 2023.  New Skaters are encouraged to come and watch during any of our weekly practices held on Wednesdays and Fridays. 

In order to join, please:

• ​​Read all the information included in the IJRD Membership information packet. Download a copy below.
• Fill out and bring in your IJRD Membership Forms.​
• ​Pay the annual membership and insurance fee, and remain current with monthly dues. (Or pay the season in advance for a discount!)​
• Understand and accept the safety standards and inherent risks
• Work toward meeting and understanding the Skating Skills Requirements for JRDA and WFTDA.​​
• Work toward learning WFTDA rules, verbal cues and hand signals to pass the WFTDA Written Rules Test.

Cost:
Here is a list of the associated costs in joining IJRD:

• Annual Membership Registration  - $55 per family.  This covers any and all skaters from the same household.
• Annual Insurance (provided by Athos) - $20 per skater.  This covers our skaters and coaches during practices, bouts, and any league approved events we participate in while on skates.
• Monthly Dues - $40 per skater, per month.  Please see IJRD Membership Info document for multi-skater and paid-in-full discounts.
